Last Saturday started with power outage… raining and crazy windy… the sky was pretty gloomy… but luckily, we had Christmas market!

We like to see our customers brighten their faces when they see our products and that is why we always try to invent something new!

Potato explosion is an evolved version of our “farmer’s delight” flat bread and a big hit at the Christmas market. It was completed on Friday and no time to post before the market.

We are not sure if we will make it again for the coming Saturday or invent yet another new product. In any case, we will bring some excitement and hoping to brighten your day!

Following is our schedule and availabilities this week:

• Wednesday 2:30pm to 4pm AGI Hall: Sourdough spelt walnut raisin bread, sourdough spelt sunflower seed bread, sourdough spelt plain bread, rye bread
• Saturday 10am – 1pm AGI Hall: spelt and rye sourdough bread (see our sourdough bread page), farmer’s muffins, farmer’s delight (spelt veggie flat bread), koji bread
