Half of the January already past… so fast.

For the month of February, we will go to Japan to visit our family and visit some farms and bakeries. We promise that we will be back in March with new ideas and more energy.

We are sorry to miss markets for a month but luckily our bread freeze pretty well. If you would like to have some extra, please order ahead of time so that we can make sure we have enough.

The rest of the markets we attend before our trip are as follow

• 10am – noon on Saturday, Jan.18th.
• 2pm – 3:30pm on Wednesday, Jan.22th.
• 10am – noon on Saturday, Jan.25th.
