One of our friends told us that she has a fruit press but no space to store it. So we volunteered to keep it for her, under the condition of we can use it.

We have never used this kind of press, and were very curious. We bought tote-full of apples from a local orchard, and pressed on Sunday, Sep.7th.

Cut apples in quarters and put them in the grinder.

Pour the ground apples into the press.

Put the round wood piece on as a lid, the rectangular pieces on, then the handle on.

The plastic containers are for our friend, the bottles are for us.
