Sora Farm Newsletter-Vol. 65

All markets are done for 2025!

It has been quite a journey for us. Our garden has less rocks and more nutrients than last year after so much digging, or so we hope… We have ordered 2 truck loads of compost and many bottles of vegetable seeds for next year, but for now, let us and the garden take a break.

Our bakery has thrived this year. Thanks to the commercial oven we bought in June, we have expanded our capacity in both quantity and variety. We will keep you delighted and nourished next year.

We appreciate every one of you, from the bottom of our heart, for giving us feedback, encouraging us, coming out to markets rain or shine, and getting on board with our journey.

To show our appreciation, we have posted how to make natto. If you would like to buy a packet of natto culture, let us know. We have some in stock and we can get more from Japan.

We will keep sending newsletters during our break and will be back to the market on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026.

Thank you again for all your support in 2025. We wish you all a happy and prosperous new year!
