I recently had the opportunity to take a miso making class from Yoko. It was so much fun! Not only did I make my own to bring home, I tried four others that had aged and fermented. I had no idea that miso could be made with different types of beans! Yoko is a great teacher and the class was interspersed with her knowledge of Japanese culture. We also enjoyed a miso salad dressing on Sora Farms greens. So delicious!! I highly recommend taking this class!

I’d heard good things about the bread from this farm, so I finally picked up a loaf to try. It’s wonderfully hearty and packed with flavor—you can really taste the quality ingredients and the effort they put into it. It’s a real treat.
