We planted four apple trees this spring. They survived aphides attack during summer and have grown nicely. Now one of them is blooming! Whatever the reason is, looking at these pretty flowers certainly brightens up our day.

This week, our veggies need a break. Therefore, we will not host a farm gate sale… We will still be at AGI hall at 3pm to 4:30pm on Wednesday and 10am to 1pm on Saturday with our bread. Here is what we have:

• Wednesday: sourdough spelt sesame seed bread, sourdough spelt plain bread
• Saturday: Spelt and rye sourdough bread (see our sourdough bread page), koji bread.
